MEMBERSHIP
You can become a free member by filling out the membership form in the `Register/Login` section on the top right of our site, and you can start fast and secure shopping right away.
You can shop at http://keikei.com without being a member. After adding the products you like to your cart, you can complete your shopping by adding your e-mail address in the `Continue without membership` field.
After logging in with your user name and password, you can update your membership information in the `My Account` section.
When you forget your password, click on the `Forgot Password` link in the member login section. In the box on the page, write your e-mail address that you specified when registering. You can easily create a new password with the link sent to your e-mail address for password change.
SHOPPING-ORDER
You can shop at keikei.com with credit and debit cards. No one other than you can view or access your credit card number within SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security. As soon as you enter your credit card number, the information of your number is encrypted and sent to your bank. It is not possible for your information to be viewed or accessed by third parties, including our company. Your card information is only between you and your bank.
You can pay for your orders by credit card and debit card.
We do not have a payment option at the door.
You can shop in installments only with credit cards of supported banks.
When your order is confirmed, an information e-mail is sent to your e-mail account registered in the system. You can also follow the details of your order from the `My Account` section by logging in to keikei.com.
You can change the color and size of the same model products within the order. You can contact our customer representative at Whatsapp +90 850 259 14 41 between 09.30-18.30 on weekdays for the exchange process, and you can inform us about the subject by e-mail to [email protected]. If your order is not delivered to the cargo, it can be completely canceled. The products in the order delivered to the cargo can be returned to us
Since we think about you and our other customers, the products selected and added to the cart on keikei.com are not reserved. Your product/products for which the purchase phase is not completed can be purchased by a different member.

Shipping is free on all products you buy.
You can check your cargo status in the 'My Account/Orders' section by logging in to keikei.com.
Orders are shipped at the end of 2 working days at the latest from the date of purchase. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not included in the working day.There may be delays in the delivery date for Pareo.
When your order is delivered to the cargo, a notification e-mail is sent to your e-mail address registered in our system, informing the cargo tracking number.
