The Company obtains personal data directly from the customer and from data learned through payment tools by recording the information you share during your purchases or membership transactions on the Site, or information you share for purchases without becoming a member, as well as data obtained from the use of your fixed/mobile internet and communication devices and/or mobile applications in various environments and locations, all types of membership, purchases, collections, deliveries, and related transactions on the Site, survey completions, registrations, and behavioral transactions in our systems, and records related to return processes in the relevant documents. is processed for the establishment and performance of the contract, such as requesting your delivery address for the shipment of the products you purchase, obtaining your first and last name for correct delivery, and obtaining your ID and password information within the scope of the membership agreement, as the processing of data is necessary for these purposes,

for the issuance and reporting of invoices for the products sold within the scope of the Tax Procedure Law and other legislation, and for your bank account information to be provided for returns so that you can effectively exercise your right of withdrawal and other rights under the Consumer Protection Law and related legislation, as expressly provided by laws and to fulfill legal obligations,

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of establishing and performing the membership agreement, creating and tracking customer records, establishing and performing the sales contract, issuing and transmitting invoices, protecting the customer's interests in sales and after-sales services, especially the shipment of first and replacement products by cargo, carrying out the product return process including the refund of the price, providing convenience to the customer in their future transactions, tracking requests and complaints, ensuring business continuity and the continuity of operations, carrying out marketing and analysis studies, carrying out activities aimed at customer satisfaction, informing customers who have given permission within the scope of the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages so that they can benefit from campaigns – discounts, etc., planning information security processes, auditing and implementation, informing authorized persons, institutions, and organizations, and establishing and managing the information technology infrastructure.

If the response to your application is provided in writing, no fee will be charged for the first ten pages. A processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira may be charged for each page over ten pages. If the response to the application is provided on a recording medium such as a CD or flash drive, the Company may charge you for the cost of the recording medium.
